The traditional way of communication in retail by announcements or telephones often irritates the clients, leads to confusion and results in many unnecessary routes for the employees.
We have developed a simple and effective solution. The ReAct Communicator App with the ReAct “Call to Action” platform is allowing you to use voice and pager communication between employees and groups of employees via mobile devices as smart phones, smart watches or tablets. Integrated IoT interfaces also enable the communication with the periphery (machines, refrigerators, doors, etc.). If any of these machines come to a critical state, the appropriate employees will be informed and can solve the problem before it will be noticed by the customers. Studies of the EDEKA Group in Germany showed an increase on efficiency by 75%.
